"It is my pleasure to write this recommendation for [Evolution Consultants'] services. To fully appreciate my comments, a little background. Before 2002, I had been in two large groups both of which had collection teams sequestered at distant sites so that they were entirely inaccessible to the physicians. There were two distinct problems with this. First, whenever a problem with processing claims was identified and corrected, the fix was always temporary. I would never know if new people were swapped out or that the collectors just did not care. Next, one could never walk down the hallway to talk to the collector and ask any questions of them. So, when I went on my own, I was adamant about having in house, and immediately accessible collection staff. Initially, this worked better than my previous experience. However, as I got busier, the collections seemed to start lagging more. Since switching to MDEvolution, our days in collections have decreased from a few months to less than 20."
